Integration Rules - Type 1

This topic relates to the first generation of Integration Rules. Contact your FinancialForce representative for information about the suitability and availability of the next generation of integration rules (ClickLink).

If you have created custom fields for the sales invoice or credit note objects and want to see them on the corresponding FinancialForce pages, or when printing them from the application, you must create integration rules with only these target objects defined. The same read and write permissions granted for the FinancialForce application extend to the FinancialForce API.

Note: Note Notepad
FinancialForcePrint Formatter and FinancialForceXL both use the FinancialForce API to manipulate data.

They may also be used for standard fields that do not appear on printed invoices and credit notes.

Note: Notes

See "Creating Custom Fields" in the Salesforce Help for more information.

Where are my custom fields?

Expander panels on the sales invoice and sales credit note pages display any custom fields that you have configured. See Custom Fields on Sales Invoices and Credit Notes.
