Some aspects of FinancialForce Accounting are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with System Administrator permissions to perform these tasks. See the Salesforce Help for information on how to maintain custom settings.
Use the following custom setting to change the age bands used to generate the As of Aging by Account report, and to choose to age transactions by the transaction date rather than the due date (default). The first time you display the custom setting, you need to click Manage then New to load the default values for editing.

| Age Band 1 Max | * | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 1. Defaults to 0 (for current transactions). |
| Age Band 2 Label | Label to be displayed in the report for Aging band 2. Defaults to "1 to 30 Days". | |
| Age Band 2 Max | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 2. Defaults to 30. | |
| Age Band 3 Label | Label to be displayed in the report for As of Aging band 3. Defaults to "31 to 60 Days". | |
| Age Band 3 Max | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 3. Defaults to 60. | |
| Age Band 4 Label | Label to be displayed in the report for As of Aging band 4. Defaults to "61 to 90 Days". | |
| Age Band 4 Max | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 4. Defaults to 90. | |
| Age Band 5 Label | Label to be displayed in the report for As of Aging band 5. Defaults to "91 to 120 Days". | |
| Age Band 5 Max | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 5. Defaults to 120. | |
| Age Band 6 Label | Label to be displayed in the report for As of Aging band 6. Defaults to "121+ Days". | |
| Age Band 6 Max | Maximum age in days for transactions to be included in band 6. Defaults to blank (for all transactions older than 120 days). | |
| Age by Due Date | When checked, As of Aging is calculated based on the due date of the originating document. When cleared, As of Aging is calculated based on the transaction date. Defaults to checked. |
