In a FinancialForce context, the term "enterprise billing" is used to describe support for sales invoices and credit notes of more than 80 lines.

Sales invoices and sales credit notes of more than 80 lines cannot be created interactively using the standard FinancialForce Accounting interface. You can create enterprise billing documents in a customized, non-interactive and batch context. You can use integration tools such as ClickLink with your own in-house development skills, or contact FinancialForce Product Services.
Once in a correctly configured org, these enterprise billing documents can be viewed, edited, cloned, saved and posted using the standard Salesforce interface (Extended Edition).
