Do you want to make your own custom fields available for reading or writing on your sales invoices, sales credit notes, payable invoices, payable credit notes, and journals?
Do you want to make any additional fields available for printing on your sales invoices and sales credit notes?
If you have created custom fields for the sales invoice, sales credit note, payable invoice, payable credit note, or journal objects and want to see them on the corresponding FinancialForce pages, or when printing them from the application (sales documents only), you must create integration rules with only these target objects defined. The same read and write permissions granted for the FinancialForce application extend to the FinancialForce API.
They may also be used for standard fields that do not appear on printed invoices and credit notes.
