Customizing the Select Transactions Grid

This topic relates to the Payments Plus feature introduced as a pilot version in FinancialForce Accounting V17. For information on using the original Payments process, open the Payments and Collections folder in the Help Contents.

To help you find the transactions that you want to pay, you can make the following customizations to the Select Transactions grid.

Click the Collapse icon to the left of the account name to hide the individual transaction rows for that account. A summary row remains visible.
Click the column drop-down menu to hide some columns or add new ones. This change is for the current session only.
Click any column heading to sort the transactions by the contents of that column.
Click Show Filters to redisplay the filter criteria on which this grid is based. Remember, if you amend the filter criteria, you must click Retrieve Transactions to refresh the contents of the grid.
