Applying a Pricing Structure

To apply a pricing structure to an existing contract line item with a Fixed Billing Type:

1. Click Edit on the Contract Detail page of the contract line for which you want to apply a pricing structure.
2. If the Pricing Type is Fixed, select Volume or Tiered.
3. To add quantity breaks to the pricing structure, click the Unit Price field or tab through the fields on the contract line item to reach it.
4. Enter a Unit Price for the first quantity break.
5. Add the remaining quantity breaks for your pricing structure:
   1. Click Add or use the Tab key on your keyboard to enter the next quantity break.
   2. Enter the Quantity for the price break.
   3. Enter the Unit Price for the Quantity.
   4. Repeat these steps for each quantity break you want to add.
6. Click Update.
7. Click Save.

To edit an existing pricing structure on a contract line item:

1. Click Edit on the Contract Detail page of the contract line for which you want to edit the pricing structure.
2. Click the Unit Price of the contract line item for which you want to change the pricing structure.
3. To edit an existing quantity break, click the value you want to change and enter the new value
4. To add a new quantity break:
   1. Click Add Quantity.
   2. Enter the quantity you want for the quantity break.
   3. Enter the Unit Price for the quantity break.
5. To remove a quantity break, click the remove icon next to the quantity break you want to remove.
6. Click Update.
7. Click Save.

Salesforce

1. On the Contract Detail page, click the Contract Line Item Number of the contract line item to which you want to apply a pricing structure.
2. Click Edit.
3. Enter the name of the pricing structure you want, or click the lookup icon to search for it.
4. Select the Billing Type Recurring Variable.
5. Click Save.
