Deleting Contracts

You can delete contracts with the status "Draft" or "Superseded", and you can delete change requests. When you delete a contract, any contract line items belonging to it are also deleted.

To delete a contract:

  1. On the Billing Contracts tab, click the name of the contract you want to delete.
  2. On the Billing Contract Detail page, click Delete.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete the contract.

To delete a contract from the Billing Contracts list view:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the contract you want to delete.
  2. Click Del next to the contract you want to delete.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete the contract.
Note:

You cannot delete contracts with the status "Active" or "Expired".

Deleting Contract Lines

To delete a contract line item on the Billing Contract Detail page do one of the following depending on whether the enhanced Billing Contract Detail page is displayed:
