Click New Price Book Structure Entry on the Price Book Structure Entries related list of the product, price book or pricing structure that you want to create the entry for.
Enter a Price Book.
Enter a Product.
Enter a Pricing Structure.
Select the Active checkbox to activate the price book structure entry.
