Assigning Permission Sets

You can assign permission sets or remove permission set assignments from the user detail page.

1. From Setup, click Manage Users | Users then choose a user. Using Lightning ExperienceNavigate to Setup | Users | Users.
2. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
3. To assign a permission set, select it from the Available Permission Sets box and click Add. To remove a permission set assignment, select it from the Enabled Permission Sets box and click Remove. The permission sets supplied with Revenue Management are:
   • RevenueRecognitionAdminAccess
   • RevenueRecognitionProjectManagerAccess
   • RevenueRecognitionConsultantAccess
   • RevenueRecognitionGuestAccess
   • RevenueRecognitionAnalyticsReadAccess
4. Click Save.

Expansion Packs

If you have one of the Expansion Packs installed you can use the Revenue Management Expansion Pack permission set to grant your users read and edit access to the following lookup fields on the Revenue Recognition Transaction Line object:

• Project (ffrr_exp__Project__c)
• Milestone (ffrr_exp__Milestone__c)
• Timecard (ffrr_exp__TimecardSplit__c)
• Expense (ffrr_exp__Expense__c)
• Sales Invoice (ffrr_exa__SalesInvoice__c)
• Sales Invoice Line Item (ffrr_exa__SalesInvoiceLineItem__c)
• Sales Credit Note (ffrr_exa__SalesCreditNote__c)
• Sales Credit Note Line Item (ffrr_exa__SaleCreditNoteLineItem__c)
