Asperato is a payment collection and processing service. The FinancialForce Asperato Integration enables you to take payments quickly and flexibly from your customers by providing an easy-to-use "pay now" function for sales invoices and billing documents.
The integration allows customers to self-serve by making payments from a link on their invoice or statement, or through their personal page in Community.
You can improve cash flow by running collections on a daily or weekly basis, rather than monthly.
The FinancialForce Asperato Integration also enables you to make outbound payments to pay vendors directly using Payments Plus, without the need for bank files. When making an outbound payment using Asperato, Payments Plus can automatically create, post, and match the related cash entries.
Language Usage
Asperato is a UK-based company and uses British English in its spelling of "authorise". This guide and FinancialForce software use North American English and therefore spell the word as "authorize". The FinancialForce Asperato Integration comprises components from both Asperato and FinancialForce, therefore both spellings occur in the user interface depending upon the origins of the component used.
