Configuring the Asperato Integration

To set up the FinancialForce Asperato Integration, you must customize the page layouts for the following objects in your org.

Single Payment for Multiple Sales Invoices

To use the single payment for multiple sales invoices functionality, you must add the FF Account Payment Action Panel to the following page layouts:

This functionality is available for sales invoices only. Single payment for multiple billing documents is not supported in this release.

Selecting Payment Links

The Payment Link, Payment Link URL and Make a Payment fields enable you to take payments from customers.

We recommend that you use a payment link field appropriate to the circumstances under which a customer payment is taken:

Use this when payment details are issued over the telephone and entered on the customer’s behalf.

Payment Link URL

External

Copy and email the Payment Link URL to the customer for payment, or add it to the sales invoice and billing document templates.

Make a Payment

External

For customers making payments using the Make A Payment button. This is added to sales invoices or billing documents page layouts displayed on customer community pages.
