Viewing Sales Invoice Lists

The sales invoices list page displays a list of sales invoices in your current company and view. From this page, you can view detailed invoice information and access other related information.

You cannot delete a saved sales invoice. You must discard it. See Discarding Sales Invoices for more information.

Click an invoice number to view the invoice detail.
Click Edit next to an invoice number to edit the invoice. See Editing Sales Invoices for more information.
Choose a predefined view from the drop-down list to select the records to display. Alternatively, you can select Create New View to define your own list view.
Click Printable View to display the current list view in a format that is ready for printing.
Click New Sales Invoice to create a sales invoice. See Creating Sales Invoices for more information.
Click any column heading to sort the records using that column’s data.

Tip:
In Lightning list views, you can right-click a column header to display sorting and grouping actions. Grouping options are only available for consolidated sales invoices.
