Reporting Data Range Fields
Here is a description of the fields that make up a reporting data range
Defines the 'pot' of data to be reported on.. Some of these fields may not be visible or editable at all times, or in all package combinations.

Key: * – Mandatory field
The number indicates the number of characters that are allowed in this text field, where appropriate.

| Reporting Definition | * | Master-Detail link to the related reporting definition |
| Reporting Object | * | Lookup to a reporting object |
| Rows | Shows the number of related reporting filter mappings with a filter type of Rows. | |
| Template Key | * | Used by the template to retrieve data for the report. DR01 to DR20. |
| Type | * | Summary (aggregate queries) or Detail (list query). Summary is the default and is used when this field is unspecified. You cannot change the type of an existing data range if related reporting values exist. If you do want to do this, you must delete the related reporting values first. |
