Editing Billing Documents
- On the Billing Documents tab, click the name of the billing document you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Make the changes you require. See Billing Document Fields for information about specific fields.
- Click Save.
To add billing document line items:
- In Lightning Experience, click Add or New in the Billing Document Line Items related list of the Billing Document Detail page.
- In Classic, click New Billing Document Line Item in the Billing Document Line Items related list of the Billing Document Detail page.
- On the enhanced Billing Document Detail page, select the product from the Add Product drop-down list.
To edit a billing document line item:
- In Lightning Experience, click on the document line item you want to edit, then click Edit.
- In Classic, click Edit next to the document line item you want to edit.
- On the enhanced Billing Document Detail page, click the value you want to edit and enter the value you want. To add or edit a description, click the description icon or , enter the description you want then click Update.
To delete a billing document line item:
- In Lightning Experience, click on the document line item you want to delete, then click Delete.
- In Classic, click Del next to the document line item you want to delete, then click OK.
- On the enhanced Billing Document Detail page, click the icon next to the product or service you want to remove.
