Deleting Contracts

You can delete contracts with the status "Draft" or "Superseded", and you can delete change requests. When you delete a contract, any contract line items belonging to it are also deleted.

To delete a contract from the Billing Contract Detail page:

  1. On the Billing Contracts tab, click the name of the contract you want to delete.
  2. On the Billing Contract Detail page, click Delete.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete the contract.

To delete a contract from the Billing Contracts list view:

  • In Lightning Experience, click on the contract you want to delete, then click Delete.
  • In Classic, click Del next to the contract you want to delete, then click OK.
Note:

You cannot delete contracts with the status "Active" or "Expired".

Deleting Contract Lines

To delete a contract line item on the Billing Contract Detail page do one of the following:

  • In Lightning Experience, click on the contract line item you want to delete, then click Delete.
  • In Classic, click Del next to the contract line item you want to delete, then click OK.
  • On the enhanced Billing Contract Detail page, click the Cross icon icon next to the product or plan you want to remove.
