Deleting Plans

You can delete an individual plan from the Plan Detail page (but not from the enhanced Plan Detail page). You can delete multiple plans from the Plans list view.

Notes:

Deleting a plan also deletes the plan line items that belong to the plan.

You cannot delete a plan that has a status of "Active".

To delete a plan from the Plan Detail page:

  1. On the Plans tab, click the name of the plan you want to delete.
  2. On the Plan Detail page, click Delete.
  3. Click OK.

To delete several plans:

  1. On the Plans tab, select the checkboxes of the plans you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. To confirm, click Delete Plans.
Note:

Only plans that are not "Active" are deleted.

Deleting Plan Lines

To delete a plan line item on the Plan Detail page do one of the following:

  • In Lightning Experience, click on the plan line you want to delete, then click Delete.
  • In Classic, click Del next to the plan line you want to delete, then click OK.
  • On the enhanced Plan Detail page, click the Cross icon icon next to the product or service you want to remove.
