Creating a Playbook
To create a new playbook:
- Click Create Playbook on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create New Playbook.
- Click Next.
- Enter a name for the new playbook.
- [Optional] Select an account to associate with the playbook.
- [Optional] Update the start date. The default is today’s date.
- [Optional] Select a team to associate with the playbook.
- [Optional] To make a playbook available for selection as a template when creating new playbooks, select the Template checkbox.
- [Optional] Enter a description for the playbook. To upload an image, click .
- Click Create.
To create a playbook from a template:
- Click Create Playbook on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create Playbook from Template.
- Click Next.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Deselect the tasks that you don't want to copy to the new playbook.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Update the name for the new playbook.
- [Optional] Select an account to associate with the playbook.
- [Optional] Update the start date. The default is today’s date.
- [Optional] Update the team for the new playbook. The team is auto-populated from the template.
- [Optional] To make a playbook available for selection as a template when creating new playbooks from templates, select the Template checkbox.
- [Optional] Update the description for the playbook. To upload an image, click . The description is auto-populated from the template.
- Click Create.
