Upgrade Steps
To upgrade this feature to June 2023, take the following action.

Open the list view from the KPI card. Click , then Edit List Filters. | For more information about list view filters, see the Salesforce Help. |
In the "Filter by Owner" filter, update the filter from My to All. For example, for My Active Success Plans update "Filter by Owner" from "My success plans" to "All success plans". Click Done. | |
Click Add Filter, and create an "Owner is Current User equals True" filter. Click Save. | |
