Upgrade Steps

To upgrade this feature to June 2023, take the following action.

Actions Further Information
Open the list view from the KPI card. Click , then Edit List Filters. For more information about list view filters, see the Salesforce Help.
In the "Filter by Owner" filter, update the filter from My to All. For example, for My Active Success Plans update "Filter by Owner" from "My success plans" to "All success plans". Click Done.
Click Add Filter, and create an "Owner is Current User equals True" filter. Click Save.

Repeat the above steps for each of the following list views:

  • My Active Success Plans
  • My Upcoming Business Reviews
  • My High Priority Objectives
  • My Active Playbooks
  • My Red Playbooks
Note:

You do not need to complete these steps for the Flagged Tasks list view.
