The following new features have been introduced in the April 2023 release of CS Cloud.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to Certinia Help Spring 2023. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.
Create Actions
We have streamlined the actions available on the workspace and record pages, so that you can create new playbooks and playbooks from templates with the Create Playbook action. We have also added a Template checkbox to the creation window. This enables you to create playbook templates from the Create New Playbook and Create Playbook from Template options. For more information, see Creating a Playbook.
We have added the new Create Objective from Template option to the Create Objective action link on the following components:
- CSC Actions: Record Pages
- CSC Workspace Actions
This option enables you to create objectives from templates from the workspace or record pages. For more information, see Creating an Objective.
We have also added the new Create Success Plan action to the following components:
- CSC Actions: Record Pages
- CSC Workspace Actions
This action enables you to create a success plan directly from the workspace or record page. For more information, see Creating a Success Plan.
