Financial Statements includes the following predefined dashboards:

Dashboard

Description

Transaction List Enables you to run transaction list reports in Financial Statements and view the resulting data within the dashboard. This dashboard uses the Financial Transactions dataset.
Aged Analysis by Date Enables you to review the age of outstanding transactions for either accounts payable or accounts receivable, by analyzing whether transaction line items that occur before or on a selected date have been matched. This dashboard uses the Financial Matching dataset.
Aged Analysis by Period Enables you to review the age of outstanding transactions for either accounts payable or accounts receivable, analyzing whether transaction line items that occur in or before a financial period and year have been matched in that period or before. This dashboard uses the Financial Matching dataset.
Note: In some areas of the screen, when you hover the pointer the icon might appear. To hide this icon:
  1. Go to Setup | App Setup | Customize | Chatter | Feed Tracking. Using Lightning Experience:Closed Click | Setup. Go to App Setup | Customize | Chatter | Feed Tracking.
  2. In the list of objects, click Analytics Asset.
  3. Deselect the Enable Feed Tracking checkbox.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Return to the dashboard and refresh the page.

The following icons are available in the dashboards:

Click to hide the filter panel. Click again to show the filter panel.
Click to configure the dashboard. Click again to exit the configuration.

Note:

When you change a field selection on the Dashboard Configuration page, any previously selected values remain selected. For example, if you select Gross Profit in the Section field, but later change the field to Trial Balance 3, Gross Profit remains selected. Previously selected values do not affect the results of the report, however, if you want to clear a selection, click then click the checkbox next to the selected value.
