PSA is built with security as the foundation for the entire application. The security features of PSA and Salesforce work together to provide both strength and flexibility. However, protecting your data is a joint responsibility shared between you, Certinia and Salesforce.com. If you are a PSA administrator you can create permission sets and set permission controls in PSA. See Permissions.
