Creating a New Field Mapping for Expenses and Expense Reports
You can map a Concur field to a field in PSA, using the Concur - PSA Configuration Lightning page and Custom Metadata Types.
Creating and Pushing Field Mappings using Lightning Page
The mandatory mappings are configured by default. You can view default mappings, add custom field mappings, and override default field mappings:
- Open the Concur - PSA Configuration tab.

In Concur - PSA Expense Report Field Mappings, you can:
- View the source and target objects.
- View the source and target fields for each mapping.
- Add custom mappings.
- Override the default (managed) mappings.
- Save mapping records to custom metadata

To push mappings to the Integration Hub, click Push Mappings.
Creating a New Field Mapping for Expenses and Expense Reports using Custom Metadata Types
To create a new field mapping for expenses and expense reports using custom metadata types, perform the following steps:
- In Setup, click Custom Code | Custom Metadata Types.
- Next to IHC Mapping Concur to PSA, click Manage Records. A list of existing mappings displays.
- Click New. The new mapping record page displays. For a description of all the available fields and the accepted values, see IHC Mappings Concur to PSA Fields.

Next to VDR Name, enter one of the following:
- PSAExpense if you are creating a mapping to a field on the Expense object in PSA.
- PSAExpenseReport if you are creating a mapping to a field on the Expense Report object in PSA.
- Next to VDR Key, enter a name for the mapping, without white spaces. This is used to identify the mapping in the Integration Hub and must be unique for the specified VDR Name. We recommend entering the name of the PSA field you are mapping to.
- Next to Label, enter the VDR Name followed by a single white space and the VDR Key. Once you move to the next field, the IHC Mapping Concur to PSA Name field automatically populates.

Next to PSA Object, enter one of the following:
- pse__Expense__c if you are creating a mapping to a field on the Expense object in PSA.
- pse__Expense_Report__c if you are creating a mapping to a field on the Expense Report object in PSA.

Next to Third-Party Application Object, enter one of the following:
- expenses if you are creating a mapping from a field on the expense line in Concur.
- reports if you are creating a mapping from a field on the expense report header in Concur.
- Next to PSA Field, enter the API name of the PSA field you are creating the mapping to.

Next to Third-Party Application Field, enter the name of the Concur field you are creating the mapping from.
- Next to Third-Party Application, select "Concur".
- Click Save. The new field mapping is now created.
