Setting up Workspaces in Mobile

Installing the Workspace

In this release, the PSA Workspaces are not included in the PSA Core product. Contact Certinia Onboarding to have the PSA Workspaces package installed in your org.

Complete the following setup for your users to access the workspaces on Salesforce Mobile App:

  • Assign the PSA - Workspaces - Project Management permission set to the users that require access to the workspace.
  • Assign the PSA - Workspaces - Resource Management permission set to the users that require access to the workspace.
  • Assign the PSA - Workspaces - Services Delivery permission set to the users that require access to the workspace.
