PSA Desktop Apps Overview

The following PSA apps provide information that is specific to individual business roles.

  • Project Management
  • Services Delivery

  • Services Billing

Each app's landing page is a workspace, which enables you to prioritize and manage your activities for your role and access relevant parts of the app from one place. To access these apps from the App Launcher you must have the existing workspace permission sets assigned.

Note: PSA desktop apps use Lightning Experience to take full advantage of the Lightning App Manager. This means you can customize your user's experience based on their specific requirements.
