Rate Cards Overview
- In the View section, select an appropriate list view from the drop-down list to go directly to that list page, or click Create New View to define your own custom list view. List views let you display a list of records that match specific criteria.
- In the Recent section, select an item from the drop-down list to display a brief list of the top records matching that criteria. The choices are listed in the table.
- From the list, you can click any rate card number to go directly to its detail.
- Click New or New Rate Card to create a new rate card.

Rate cards Suggested bill rate or average cost rate for a resource role in a region, practice or group. Rate cards are suggested bill rates and average cost rates for different services roles within different regions, practices or groups in your organization. These rates are used for information purposes within resource requests.
You can create rate cards by resource role with suggested bill rates and average cost rates. You can then assign a rate card to a region, practice, group or account. Your administrator can also configure PSA to automatically link a rate card to a resource request A means of asking for resources for a project or an opportunity. in precedence order, when there are multiple matching rate cards.
You can automatically attach rate cards to resource requests. To do this, you must specify a resource role to a matching account, region, practice, or group to which the rate card is to be applied. You can also create global rate cards where a Resource Role is specified, but the RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group. fields are all blank. Global rate cards are not automatically attached to resource requests. For more information, see Setting up Rate Cards.
