Deleting the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills Component

If you want to remove the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills component after creating it with the Feature Console, you must delete it manually.

To delete the component, perform the following steps in the order displayed below.

Reverting the Feature Console Steps

Click Revert on steps 1-4 of the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills feature.

Delete the Next Best Action Strategy

To delete the strategy that directs the correct recommendations to your users at the right time, perform the following steps:

  1. From Setup, navigate to Next Best Action.
  2. On the Update Skills Strategy click | Delete.

Delete the Next Best Action Recommendation

To delete the recommendation that invites a user to update their skills, perform the following steps:

  1. From the App Launcher, navigate to Recommendations.
  2. On the Update Skills Recommendation click | Delete.

Deleting the Next Best Action Flow

  1. From Setup, navigate to Flows.
  2. Navigate to the Update Skills flow and click | View Details and Versions.
  3. Click Deactivate next to your latest flow version.
  4. Click Delete.

To recreate the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills component, repeat the steps listed in the Feature Console.
