Revenue Forecast Dataset PS Cloud Analytics Output Fields

The Revenue Forecast dataset includes fields from the Revenue Forecast Version Detail, Revenue Forecast Version and Revenue Forecast objects in PSA as well as other associated objects. These fields are:

Adjustment Value In the corporate currency, the input adjustment value for a Expected Case scenario for a given hierarchy level, minus the aggregate of all the input adjustment values below this level.
Actual Value See Calculated Fields in Revenue Forecast Flow Intermediate Processing.

Adjustment Best Case Value In the corporate currency, the input adjustment value for a Best Case scenario for a given hierarchy level, minus the aggregate of all the input adjustment values below this level.

Opportunity Unscheduled Best Case Value In the corporate currency, derived from the pse__Opportunity_Best_Case_Threshold__c field on the Revenue Forecast Version record. If a value is available for this field and is of greater value than the Probablity % on the Opportunity object, then this value is used.
Opportunity Unscheduled Worst Case Value In the corporate currency, derived from the pse__Opportunity_Worst_Case_Threshold__c field on the Revenue Forecast Version record. If a value is available for this field and is of greater value than the Probablity % on the Opportunity object, then this value is used.

Date Forecast Created Date The date on which the forecast was created.
Project End Date The end date of the project.
Project Start Date The start date of the project.
Time Period End Date The end date of the associated time period.
Time Period Start Date The start date of the associated time period.
Dimension Account Country The country associated with the account derived from project or opportunity, depending on the source of the record.
Account ID The identification number of the account derived from project or opportunity, depending on the source of the record.
Account Industry The account industry derived from project or opportunity, depending on the source of the record.
Account Name The name of the account derived from project or opportunity, depending on the source of the record.
Account Type The type of the account derived from project or opportunity, depending on the source of the record.
Corporate Currency The corporate currency of the org.
Detail Record Name The name of the child record. The function of this field varies. If derived from Revenue Forecast Type records, it is the name of their Revenue Forecast child record. If derived from Revenue Forecast Detail records, it is the name of their Revenue Forecast Version child record.
Forecast Name The name of the parent record. The function of this field varies. If derived from Revenue Forecast Type records, it is the name of their Revenue Forecast parent record. If derived from Revenue Forecast Detail records, it is the name of their Revenue Forecast Version parent record.
Group ID Chain System-generated chain for linking to the Group.
Group Name Chain System-generated chain for linking to the Group.
Group Name XX Derived from Milestone, Opportunity or Project.
Group Level XX The RPG level of the group related to the project or opportunity, where XX is a number between 00 and 12. Level 00 represents the highest RPG level of the group related to the project or opportunity.
Object for Version Grouping Used to group Forecast Versions under Region, Practice or Group in your PSA data environment.
Opportunity ID The identification number of the opportunity.
Opportunity Name The name of the opportunity.
Milestone Name The name of the milestone.
Name This is the name of the field. The function of this field varies depending on whether it is derived from a project or opportunity.
Practice ID Chain System-generated chain for linking to the Practice.
Practice Name Chain System-generated chain for linking to the Practice.
Practice Name XX Derived from Milestone, Opportunity or Project.
Practice Level XX The RPG level of the practice related to the project or opportunity, where XX is a number between 00 and 12. Level 00 represents the highest RPG level of the practice related to the project or opportunity.
Project ID The identification number of the project.
Product Is Active Indicates whether the project is active or inactive.
Product Is Billable Indicates whether the project is billable to a customer.
Project Company ID Lookup to the related Foundations company.
Project Company Name The name of the related Foundations company.
Project Currency ISO Code When working with multiple currencies, allows you to choose a currency to report the project figures in when different from the default currency for your Salesforce org.
Project Display ID The unique "PR-{000000}" field displayed on a Project record.
Project Manager Name The name of the project manager associated with the project.
Project Name The name of the project.
Project Stage The stage of the project.
Record Type This is either "Live" or "Version" depending on whether it is derived from Type or Version.
Region ID Chain System-generated chain for linking to the Group.
Region Name Chain The concatenation between the RPG levels of the region.
Region Name XX Derived from Milestone, Opportunity or Project.
Region Level XX The RPG level of the region related to the project or opportunity, where XX is a number between 00 and 12. Level 00 represents the highest RPG level of the region related to the project or opportunity.
Time Period ID The identification number of the time period.
Time Period Name The name of the time period.
Time Period Type This is the time period for the Utilization Detail object. By default the values of this field are: Week, Month, Quarter, and Year.
Type The function of this field varies. It is derived from either the project, opportunity, or milestone.
