Monitoring the status of Forecast Jobs

When you save the forecast configuration, a background process starts a batch Apex job. You can monitor the execution of the job.

1. From Setup, click Environments | Jobs | Apex Jobs. A list of all the jobs in your org is displayed.
2. Find a job with the CBalanceProcessor apex class. The Status field displays the current status of the job.

After the batch job finishes, by default, you will receive an email notification with the following:

• Number of processed batches,
• List of any batch that cannot be processed
