Here is a description of the fields (in alphabetical order) that make up a Balance.

| Currency | The currency type that is used for your balance. |

| Cancel | Closes the Balance window and shows the Balance detail page. |
| Clone | Creates a copy of the balance. |
| Delete | Allows you to delete the existing balance. |
| Edit | Allows you to edit the existing balance details. |
| Import | Allows you to import an external balance into your org. |
| New | Creates a new folder. |
| Save | Creates the balance record. |

Creates the balance and opens a new window for you to create another balance. |
| Sharing | Allows can grant users access to balances. |
| Sharing Hierarchy | Allows can grant and view users access to balances. |
