Preparing to Upgrade

This section lists things to consider before upgrading to Revenue Management Spring 2023.

Dependencies on Other Certinia Packages

Revenue Management Spring 2023 requires the following Certinia package to be installed:

• Certinia Foundations Spring 2023.

You must install this package before installing or upgrading to Revenue Management Spring 2023.

Accessing the Help

To access the Certinia Help, https://www.financialforce.com must be registered as a trusted remote site.

Note:

The URL must use the HTTPS protocol.

To check this on your org, from Setup, enter Remote in the Quick Find box and click Remote Site Settings. If there is no remote site listed with the URL https://www.financialforce.com, you must add one.

Supported Browsers

Revenue Management supports the same browsers as those supported by Salesforce.
