Printing a Customer Quotation

You can display and print a PDF of a customer quotation from the customer quotation record page.

Note:

Depending on how your org is set up, the behavior of the Print button might be different. For more information, contact your administrator.

To print a customer quotation:

1. Open the customer quotation that you want to print.
2. Click Print.
3. If automatic tax calculation using Avalara AvaTax is enabled in your org, tax is automatically calculated for the customer quotation. When tax cannot be calculated, a warning message displays. Similarly, if tax was already calculated for the customer quotation, it is not automatically calculated again. In that happens, click Continue to generate the PDF with the current tax information.

Once the PDF displays, you can download or print it.
