Using the Application

If you know the area of SCM that you want to read about, use the search to find a relevant topic, using double quotes to find grouped words. For example, "create purchase order".

If you are new to SCM we recommend that you start by reading the Certinia Supply Chain Management Overview topic.

Supported Browsers

Certinia SCM supports the same browsers as those supported by Salesforce with the following exception:

• Certinia SCM Spring 2020 and later versions do not support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for Lightning Experience.

Tip:
