SRP Administration Page

The SRP Administration tab enables you to schedule background executions of SRP flows and manage field mappings for each flow.

Note:
  • This page is only available in Lightning Experience.
  • You must be assigned the SRP - Administration permission set to access the page and perform the actions.

SRP Administration Actions

This component contains the SRP Scheduled Actions section. You can add the component to any Lightning app page.

If you are running the integration in enhanced modeClosed When SRP runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the SRP Integration Settings custom setting is selected., the Manage Scheduled Jobs action enables you to schedule background executions of integration flows, view existing scheduled jobs, and delete them. For more information, see Managing Scheduled Jobs.

This component contains the SRP Mappings section. You can add the component to any Lightning app page.

Action Description
Manage SRP Mappings

Enables you to view and customize the mappings for integration flows. After selecting a flow, the dedicated page displays in a new Lightning tab. For more information, see the following:

Note:

You can use Feature Console to migrate your custom mappings defined in ClickLink and integration rules. For more information, see Migrating Custom Legacy SRP Mappings to Foundations Mappings.
Restore Default SRP Mappings

Restores the field-level mappings to their default definitions.

Warning:

This deletes all your custom mappings. You cannot revert this action.
