Reversing the Signs

You can reverse the signs of the data in your Salesforce or Certinia reports via the Refresh Sources window.

To reverse the signs:

1. Open the Refresh Sources window according to whether you are already connected to source data or not:
   • Not connected: click Manage in the Source Group, select the reports you want to download, click Retrieve.
   • Connected: click Refresh in the Source group.
2. Click next to the Salesforce or Reporting reports you want to reverse the signs of (not available for Action Views or Analytics reports).
3. Click to perform the action for an individual report or click Refresh All to perform the action in multiple reports.
4. Close the window to view your reports in your Microsoft Excel® workbook.

Note:

When you reverse the signs of a report, all the signs in the report are reversed.
