Avalara VAT Reporting SaaS Settings

Some aspects of Accounting are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with system administrator permissions to perform these tasks. See the Salesforce Help for information on how to maintain custom settings.

Avalara VAT Reporting SaaS Settings
Field Description
Account ID This is the Account ID required for Avalara VAT Reporting SaaS.
API Key This is the API key required for Avalara VAT Reporting SaaS.
Environment The Avalara VAT Reporting SaaS environment to which you want to connect. Default is Production.
Include Intrastat Data

When selected, includes the Intrastat data in the Avalara VAT Reporting XML file. Deselected by default.

Note:

To use this functionality you must have installed:

  • Order and Inventory Management Summer 2023 or later.
  • Order and Inventory Management – Accounting Connector Summer 2023 or later.

Store Files When selected, all XML files sent to Avalara VAT Reporting are stored in Files. Deselected by default.
