Year End Log Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a year end log record. This object is used in Year End error handling.

Field Description
Description A description of the error to help you resolve the problem.
Stage

The stage in the year end process at which the error occurred:

  • PL - Create Journals
  • PL - Post Journals
  • BS - Create Journals
  • BS - Post Journals
Status

The status of the year end process:

  • In Progress
  • Error
  • Complete
Year Lookup (Master-Detail) to the related year.
