Overview

Asperato Connector uses the Asperato payment collection and processing service to offer:

• Inbound customer payments
• Outbound vendor payments

Inbound Customer Payments

Asperato Connector enables you to take payments quickly and flexibly from your customers by providing an easy-to-use "pay now" function for sales invoices and billing documents.

Asperato Connector allows customers to self-serve by making payments from a link on their invoice or statement, or through their personal page in Community.

You can improve cash flow by running collections on a daily or weekly basis, rather than monthly.

Outbound Vendor Payments

Asperato Connector enables you to make outbound payments to pay vendors directly using Payments Plus, without the need for bank files. When making an outbound vendor payment using Asperato, Payments Plus can automatically create, post, and match the related cash entries.

Language Usage

Asperato is a UK-based company and uses British English in its spelling of "authorise". This guide and Certinia software use North American English and therefore spell the word as "authorize". Asperato Connector comprises components from both Asperato and Certinia, therefore both spellings occur in the user interface depending upon the origins of the component used.
