Field-Level Security

Field-level security is a feature of the Salesforce platform that enables you to restrict view and edit access to specific fields. For information about how to manage Salesforce field-level security, see the Field-Level Security topic in the Salesforce Help.

Warning:

The visibility of some buttons depends on field-level security. For example, the Align for Billing and Amend Prices buttons on a billing contract are not visible if the contract's Status field is not visible to the user.

Salesforce Objects

Billing Central adds these fields to Salesforce Opportunity objects. You must grant each user access to these fields and add them to the relevant page layouts if users are going to interact with that object.
