Some aspects of CS Cloud are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, go to Custom Code | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with administrator permissions to change these settings. See the Salesforce Help for information on how to maintain custom settings.
CS Cloud Templating Settings
Use these settings to manage the behavior of templating in Customer Success Cloud.
