Viewing the Certinia Help from a Utility Bar

As long as your org is set up to use utility bars, you'll be able to access the Certinia Help from any page.

To view Certinia Help from within your org:

1. Select a Certinia app from the App Launcher.
2. Click the Certinia Help item on the utility bar.
3. Click the link to access documentation relevant to the page you're viewing. Documentation for the current page is displayed.

Tip:

If documentation isn't available for the specific page, the Certinia Help home page is displayed. From here you can search for help with Certinia features.
