Electronic Invoicing Settings

This component stores settings for connecting to third-party electronic invoicing providers. To edit these settings you must have the FDN Common Concepts Admin - e-Invoicing permission set. If an error message reports that you do not have access to the Apex class named einv_ConfigurationPageController it is because you do not have this permission set.

Storecove Integration Settings

Complete these settings if your third-party electronic invoicing provider is Storecove.

Key: The number indicates the number of characters that are allowed in this text field, where appropriate.

Field

Description
Connection URL 255

The URL to use when connecting to Storecove. You must register the URL as a trusted remote site (Setup | Security | Remote Site Settings).

This is usually https://api.storecove.com for both sandbox and production environments.

API Key 30 Your access key or password to connect to Storecove. You can obtain this from the Storecove web portal, and this will determine whether you are using a sandbox or production environment at Storecove.
Enable Sending

Controls whether or not the integration is enabled for sending electronic invoices to Storecove. If you attempt to send an electronic invoice when this checkbox is deselected, an error will be reported.

Note:

When selected, the Save button tests the connection before saving the settings. If you want to save the settings without testing the connection (for example, because you have not yet created the remote site setting for the connection URL) deselect this checkbox before attempting to save.

Archiving Settings

Enable these settings if you want to archive the sent and received electronic invoices. For more information, see Archiving Electronic Invoices.

Field Description
Archive Received E-Invoice Controls the archive of received electronic invoices from your Accounting system into Salesforce files.
Archive Sent E-Invoice Controls the archive of sent electronic invoices from your Accounting system into Salesforce files.

Button Description
Save

Saves the current settings. If Enable Sending is selected, the connection is tested before the settings are saved. The settings are not saved if the test connection is unsuccessful.

If you want to save the current settings without testing the connection (for example, because you have not yet created the remote site setting for the connection URL) deselect the Enable Sending checkbox before clicking Save.

Test Connection Tests the connection between Foundations and Storecove using the current settings. This button tests the connection regardless of whether or not Enable Sending is selected.
