Removing Permission Types from Comparison Selections

Permission type selections are cleared whenever you leave or refresh the Permission Workbench page.

You can remove individual permission types from a selection on the Permission Workbench if you want to compare or merge different items.

To remove a permission set, permission set group, profile, or user from Selection 1 or Selection 2, perform the following steps:

1. From the Permission Workbench tab, identify the permission type you want to delete.
2. Click and click Delete.

Using the delete option only removes items from the selection list and does not delete them from your org. If you want to delete custom items, such as permission sets and profiles, see the Salesforce Help.
