Suggested Tooltip Changes Following Upgrade

The following table lists suggested toolltip changes you may wish to make if you are upgrading from a version earlier than Summer 2018.

Object	Label	Help Text
Item Master	Long Description	Additional description field to further describe an item master.
Inventory Location	Row	Name of the highest sub division of the warehouse to which this location belongs.
	Rack	Name of the second level sub division of the warehouse to which this location belongs.
	Section	Name of the third level sub division of the warehouse to which this location belongs.
	Shelf	Name of the fourth level sub division of the warehouse to which this location belongs.
	Bin	Name of the fifth level sub division of the warehouse to which this location belongs.
Organizational Custom Settings	Payment Term allows match before receipt	Allows buyers to define which of their payment terms is to be used to indicate that an AP voucher can be matched before inventory for its associated purchase order has been received. Enter the Terms Name from the PO Payment Terms Detail page.

To change a tooltip:

1. From the Build section, click Create | Objects.
2. Scroll to the object that contains the field that you want to change the tooltip for.
3. Click on the Object label.
4. Scroll to the Custom Fields & Relationships section.
5. Click Edit adjacent to the Field label.
6. Enter your revised text for the tooltip in the Help Text box of the Field Information section.
7. Click Save.
