Creating a Status Report

One way that you can use Output Builder is to create status reports for your objects. If you are new to Output Builder, we recommend creating a standard status report.To create a status report:

1. Create an output template. See Creating an Output Template.
2. Set up the related list field in the output history. See Setting up the Related List in the Output History.
3. Create a field to base the report on. See Creating a Field to Base the Report on.
4. Add a button to invoke the report window. See Adding a Button to Run a Report.
