If the Sync Projects to Dimension 4 Records flow is enabled, PSA – Accounting Connector automatically creates and updates dimension 4 records when you create or update a project.

How Can I Create Dimensions from Projects?
If the Sync Projects to Dimension 4 Records flow is enabled, dimension 4 records are automatically created when you create a project. This means that, unlike most PSA – Accounting Connector flows, there isn't a record page button, a list view button, or a scheduled process. The flow runs in real time.
In addition, if you change the value of the Project Name or Dimension 4 fields on a project, the matching dimension 4 record is automatically updated.
Can I Map Existing Dimension and Project Records?
If you manually created a matching dimension for each project in your org, you can manually correlate them. You can do this by populating the Dimension 4 lookup field on each project record.
What Information is Passed from a Project to a Dimension?
