Assignment milestones enable you to create many-to-many relationships between assignments and milestones. You can associate resources assigned to a specific project milestone. These users see only those project milestones specific to them when they enter timecards and expenses. You can also associate milestones to assignments to report on time entered against milestones.
When creating projects from assignments, you can copy the assignments from a template project, including the assignment milestones on that project.
Your administrator can configure PSA to create project task assignments when you assign a resource to a project that contains unassigned project tasks associated with the same milestone.
