Viewing PSA Direct for Concur Expense Error Messages

If errors occur in the PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector when synchronizing data between PSA and Concur, Foundations stores error messages to help you identify and resolve the issues.

To view PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector error messages:

  1. From All Tabs, click Message Types.
  2. Click the name of the Concur message type.
  3. In the Messages related list, select the relevant error record. Error details are contained in the Body field.
Note:

PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector error messages contain the following information:

  • Message Type: Concur
  • Publisher: PSA Direct for Concur Expense/Hierarchy
  • Status: Errors

  • If an error occurs when syncing expenses and expense reports from Concur, the email notification is sent to the system default email address and to the user email that created the expense report so that both the user and the administrator are aware of the issues.
  • If an error occurs when syncing PSA information to Concur, the email notification is sent to the system's default email address and the PSA user who created or updated the record.
