Once all the administrator tasks have been completed, you need to populate the Recognition Template field on all source records that you want to include in forecasting and recognition processes.
For example, if your source objects are PSA's Project (Primary object), Milestone (Level 2 object), Assignment (Level 3 object) and Timecard (Level 4 object) and you intend to recognize revenue on timecards, you must populate the Recognition Template field on all your timecard records so that Revenue Management can calculate the actual revenue to recognize for each timecard.
