Managing Bank Account Details
The bank account list page displays a list of bank accounts in your current company The company in which you are working. This is represented by the company queue to which you, and new instances of objects you create, are assigned. and view. From this page, you can view detailed information and access other related information.
- Choose a predefined view from the drop-down list to select the records to display. Alternatively, you can select Create New View to define your own list view.
- Click a Bank Account Name to view the bank account details.
- Click Edit to edit the bank account details. When you have finished, click Save. You can also click Save & New to save the current record and create another.
- Click New Bank Account to create a bank account.
- Click any column heading to sort the records using that column’s data.

Deleting Bank Accounts
To delete a bank account:
- Once you have located the bank account that you want to delete on the home or list pages, click its name to display its detail page.
- Click Delete. A warning message is displayed.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion. The deleted record is moved to the recycle bin.
Notes and Attachments
You can create, view, and edit notes and add attachments from the Notes & Attachments section. This section is used to attach any internal notes you want to retain about the record. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.
Reconciliations
The reconciliations related list provides access to any reconciliations related to this bank account. Click the link in the reconciliation reference column to display the detail page. Click New Reconciliation to create a new reconciliation for this bank account.
Check Ranges
The check ranges related list provides access to any check ranges related to this bank account. Click the link in the check range name column to display the detail page. Click New Check Range to create a new check range for this bank account.
