Mass Email Fields

Here is a description of the fields on the mass email page.

Key: * – Mandatory field; S – Must be selected for debtor statements, deselected for other types

Field		Description
Email Template	*	Email template to provide the format and the static content of the message.
Group by Account	S	Indicates that you want to send out one email message per account. Used exclusively for debtor statements.
Selection Definition	*	Selection definition to provide the account selection criteria and variable content of the message.

Send	Send the email message to the selected accounts.
